PURPOSE: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens EML-CAP3 strain is provided to have large economical substitution effect as microorganism growing naturally in Korea, have strong antibacterial activity by the pathogen which causing various plant diseases such as anthrax and be prevented eco-friendly. CONSTITUTION: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens EML-CAP 3 (accession number KCTC: 11971BP) is provided. Composition for prevention of plant disease comprises Bacillus amyloliquefaciens EML-CAP 3 (accession number :KCTC 11971BP), culture broth of same or the culture broth extract. A preventing method for preventing plant-pathogenic microorganism or microorganism comprises a step of dipping and drenching Bacillus amyloliquefaciens EML-CAP 3 (accession number: KCTC 11971BP), culture broth of same or the culture broth extract before sowing. |
