PURPOSE: A building internal information providing system and method are provided to easily obtain all kinds of information inside the building through a user terminal and to issue a coupon of each store inside the building and to provides a benefit of cost down to a user. CONSTITUTION: A first short distance wireless communication tag is attached to the outside of a building and comprises information related to at least one building inside and communicates through a short distance wireless communication unit. A second distance wireless communication tag is attached to a specific position within the each store of the building inside and is connected to a store terminal and performs an order or payment process. A user terminal comprises the short distance wireless communication unit and communicates with the first short distance wireless communication tag and/or the second distance wireless communication tag. The user terminal receives the information related to the building inside through the first short distance wireless communication tag and receives detail information of the corresponding store through the second distance wireless communication tag.
