PURPOSE: A transparent heat resistant material composition is provided to minimize the loss of visible ray transmittancy while remarkably improving heat resistance performance and thermal resistance. CONSTITUTION: A transparent heat resistant material composition comprises a polyamide acid and a pore-deriving polymer and includes 5-20 parts by weight of the pore-deriving polymer per 100.0 parts by weight of the polyamide acid. A manufacturing method of the transparent thermal resistant material composition comprises a step of manufacturing a mixture by mixing an acid anhydride, a diamine compound, and an organic solvent (S10); a step of manufacturing a polyamic acid solution by the reaction of the mixture (S20); and a step of manufacturing the transparent thermal resistant material composition by adding the pore-deriving polymer into the polyamide acid solution.
