Provided are a gasket, which has a fluid leakage prevention function and a voltage detection function, and a fuel cell system comprising the gasket, which prevents damage to a bipolar plate during a voltage measurement step and detects exact voltage through the gasket. The fuel cell system has an electricity generator(100) that produces electricity by an electrochemical reaction of hydrogen-containing fuel and oxygen-containing gas at an anode electrode(114) and a cathode electrode(116). The electricity generator(100) comprises: an electrode membrane assembly(110) having an ion conductive polymer membrane(112) in which the anode electrode(114) and cathode electrode(116) are provided in both surfaces of the ion conductive polymer membrane(110); a pair of separators(130) which face the anode electrode and cathode electrode of the electrode membrane assembly and have flow channels(132,134) in which the hydrogen-containing fuel or oxygen-containing gas flows, respectively; and a pair of gaskets(120A,120B) which are placed at both sides of the ion conductive polymer membrane(112) to surround the edges of the anode electrode(114) and cathode electrode(116) and prevent a fluid leakage. At least one gasket is a voltage detection gasket(120B) consisting of a first frame(122) formed of a non-conductive material and a second frame(124) formed of a conductive material. |
