Provided is a manufacturing method of a nano hydroxyapatite/polylactic acid hybrid nanocomposite membrane mat which comprises: a step of mixing hydroxyapatite powder with polylactic acid in a solvent; and a step of nozzle-injecting the mixed solution obtained from the mixing step by means of an air jet spinning method to manufacture a hydroxyapatite/polylactic acid hybrid nanocomposite mat on a substrate.
