The present invention relates to a heat sink lighting device integrated with a cooling fan including a heat dissipation maximizing structure. The present invention includes a cooling fan case which mounts the cooling fan to cool heat from the heat sink lighting device and includes a low side which is opened; and an air hole forming terminal which is separated from the cut part of the upper side of the cooling fan case and provides an air path to discharge the heat from the heat sink lighting device to the outside according to the rotation of the cooling fan. |
