This invention relates to a cylindrical housing (20) capable of being mounted with a liquid container. The cylindrical housing (20) comprising an inlet float valve (40) and a fuel chamber that passes liquid before a liquid inlet (30) in the housing (20). A first hole (21) in the cylindrical housing (20) wall is configured to allow liquid to pass out of the cylindrical housing (20) when the inlet float valve (40) is in a open position. A second hole (21) is configured to allow liquid to pass into the cylindrical housing (20) to move the inlet float valve (40) to a closed position. A third hole (21) is positioned such that a portion of the third hole (21) is located above a top portion of a substantially cylindrical float (41) of the inlet float valve (40) when in the closed position.
