PURPOSE: A method for removing defects of a polarizing plate and a system thereof are provided to remarkably improve the yield rate and productivity of a defect avoidance cutting unit. CONSTITUTION: A withdrawal unit(10) enables the movement of a polarizing plate(11) to a detection unit(30), and a division width is inputted to a data input unit(20) before detecting the defect of the polarized plate. A location information control unit(40) recognizes the division including the defect, and the location information of an end portion of division of which orientation direction coordinates are identical to the defect coordinates. A marking unit(50) performs marking operation by receiving the location information of the end portion. |
