The embodiment of the present invention relates to a selective catalytic reaction system with a foldable catalytic module. The selective catalytic reaction system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body of a reactor having an exhaust inlet, an exhaust outlet and a hatch; a transfer rail installed in the main body of the reactor towards the exhaust outlet direction from the exhaust inlet; a pair of main guide rails installed in parallel with and on both sides of the transfer rail; a number of guide rail branches extended from each of the main guide rails in the opposite direction of the transfer rail; and the foldable catalytic module which flows inside the reactor through the hatch, and is installed to move along the transfer rail. The foldable catalytic module is either unfolded in a cross direction of the transfer rail by the guide rail branches or folded in a direction parallel to the transfer rail.
