<p>The present invention relates to a medical adhesive composition and a manufacturing method of the same and more specifically, to: a manufacturing method of a medical adhesive composition, which includes a step of dissolving PLCL in a solvent, a step of mixing the dissolved PLCL with cyanoacrylate, a step of heating the mixed PLCL and cyanoacrylate, and a step of cooling the heated mixture; and the emdical adhesive composition in which an oxygen atom of PLCL is crosslinked to at least one among double bonds existing in cyanoacrylate by mixing and heating PLCL and cyanoacrylate.</p> |
