The present invention relates to a hyperbranched polyether compound and a preparing method thereof, wherein a hyperbranched structure has an ether group with improved molecular mobility as a unit. More specifically, provided are a hyperbranched polyether compound which has improved high plasticity and suppression of outflow to the outside a product due to hyperbranched structure and a preparing method thereof. The hyperbranched polyether compound of the present invention has an average molecular weight of a 300-35,000 range.
