The present invention relates to a folding type automatic tripod use for obtaining safe road traffic comprising a support rod; a handle unit; a button unit; a first moving rod unit comprising a first rod and a pair of first connection units connected to both sides of the first rod; a third moving rod unit comprising a third rod and a third connection unit; a pair of connection members; a pair of legs; a first rib; a second moving rod unit comprising a second rod and a pair of second connection units; a second rib; and an elastic member installed between the third moving rod unit and the second moving rod unit to apply an elastic force. The present invention prevents a safety fixing unit from falling by using a pair of the connection members and a pair of the legs and is easily installed or disassembled. |
