The present invention relates to a safety device for falling prevention capable of preventing a worker from falling and improving workability of a worker by allowing a rope held on a fixing structure according to the movement of a worker to slide and having a structure that a rope is naturally caught only when the center of weight of a worker is applied downward. The present invention includes: a housing (10) which has a hollow pipe shape and has a rope dropping downward and freely inserted into a sliding while an upper end part is connected with a fixing structure; and a driving unit (20) fixing a housing to a rope by catching the side of the rope passing through the housing by rotating through an opening side wall of the housing at the predetermined angle according to the principal of lever when external force is applied in a state where the driving unit is mounted on the inner wall of the housing to be rotated. |
