The present invention relates to a support body on which composite layers of mixed conductors are coated and a method for manufacturing the support body on which composite layers of mixed conductors are coated. The method includes: a step of forming a support body; a step of forming composite layers of mixed conductors, which are dense layers, on one surface or two surfaces of the support body by coating slurry or paste including conductive composites (a mixture including dual or more phases) on one surface or two surfaces of the support body; and a step of co-sintering the support body on which the composite layers of mixed conductors are formed. By forming composite layers of mixed conductors which are highly-dense layers having sintered density equal to or greater than 70% and have both ionic conductivity and electronic conductivity, the present invention can be widely used as a connection member (separation plate) or an oxygen-permeable separation film for a fuel cell, an electrolytic cell, or an electrochemical device.
