The present invention relates to an electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery including the same, and more specifically, to an electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery, wherein the electrolyte includes a non-aqueous solvent, lithium salt, a perfluoroalkyl group. The lithium salt of the present invention is selected from LiPF6, LiBF4, LiCl, LiBr, LiI, LiClO4, LiB10Cl10, LiCF3SO3, LiCF3CO2, LiAsF6, LiSbF6, LiAlCl4, CH3SO3Li, CF3SO3Li and (CF3SO2)2NLi.
