The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a natural seasoning for making kimchi and the natural seasoning manufactured using the same and, more desirably, to the natural seasoning that can flavor minor ingredients for kimchi as well as main ingredients without an addition of a chemical seasoning in making the kimchi with organic and green certified raw ingredients; and facilitate a fermentation of the kimchi by activating lactic acid bacteria in a fermentation process. |
