The element has a deformable optical element (1) including a main surface (6) that is optically active, and another main surface (7) opposite to the former main surface. Piezoelectric ceramic active elements are provided with electrodes. The active elements include piezoelectric ceramics bars (21, 22, 31, 32) arranged on two sides of lateral faces (2, 3) of the optical element. The main surfaces are intersected with the lateral faces of the optical element. The optical element is made of material such as glass, silica, silicium, silicium carbide, germanium, zinc sulphide and metals. |
