Anti-skid device (1) comprises a central body (2) fitted to at least one section of the tread (8) with several radially projecting parts (11) spaced on the radially external surface at distances between 1-2 cm and with heights of 1-2.5 cm. Two lateral opposing sections (3) are fitted to the sidewall (10) of the tire and each comprises a screw fastening assembly for the removable fastening of the anti-skid device to the tire or wheel rim. An independent claim is included for an anti-skid system for tires.
