PURPOSE: A recycling processing method of organic waste is provided to recycle exhaust gas and to selectively manufacture charcoal and fertilizer by needs by one process or to concurrently manufacture charcoal and fertilizer. CONSTITUTION: A recycling processing method of organic waste recycles organic waste by using a fermenter, a dryer and a carbonizing machine. The dryer comprises a kiln drier and a paddle dryer. The dryer exhaust gas ejected from the kiln drier is provided to a heat exchanger. The carbonizing exhaust gas exhausted from the carbonizing machine is provided to a burner part of the kiln drier and is recycled. The recycling processing method selectively or concurrently manufacture carbonized fuel and fertilizer in order to manufacture carbonized fuel by passing the carbonizing machine through the kiln dryer and to manufacture fertilizer by passing the paddle dryer.
