The present invention relates to a mobile monitoring system and method in Wi-Fi environment for vessels. The present invention provides the mobile monitoring system in Wi-Fi environment for vessels, the system comprising: a server system which includes an integrated automation system (IAS) or a control and alarm monitoring system (CAMS), and provides a current tag value for a target device to be monitored; a photographing unit for which a smartphone or an IPad can be used, and which receives and provides images regarding various devices as monitoring targets; and a measurement information providing unit which provides information about the pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and water levels of the various device as monitoring targets.
