The present invention provides a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery of which a weight lightening has been promoted, and in which a degradation of input and output functions is controlled even after a repetitive charging and discharging. The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises: a container; an element stored inside the container and including at least a positive electrode member, a negative electrode member, and a separating plate; and an electrolyte inserted into the container. The present invention provides the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery that, in a state of having installed the container, has a rate of 10-100% calculated by an equation L2 / L1 x 100 when a distance between the highest location and the lowest location of the element in a direction perpendicular to a frontal plane of the electrolyte is L1, and the distance between the frontal plane of the electrolyte and the lowest location of the element is L2. |
