The present invention relates to a remote control system of a rectifier, applied to the ballast water treatment system. More specifically, the current status of the rectifier can be confirmed by a panel, from a remote place, and the panel is used to understand the current control status and remotely control the rectifier by manipulating the buttons on the panel. Thereby, respective operating units of the remote control of the rectifier are integrated into a single unit, so as for a user to conduct an integrated remote control. The manual operations conducted by the user can also be set to an automatic control.
