The load is lifted or lowered using a dismantlable, modular hoist (30) which can be assembled on site to the chosen height. An adjustable internal momentum compensation is provided, optionally by cantilevering over a flange portion, to allow the load to be lifted to great heights. Guy ropes can be used to assist positioning of the load. The hoist is mounted in a rotor casing (9) and supported on top of the latter by a lifting and support frame (32). Support is determined by the position of a support block (25) and a pulley block (24). Two self-locking hand winches (37, 38) are connected to the lifting and support frame and via lifting straps or cables (41, 42) to the winch block (36). |
