The invention relates to a healthy yogurt with honey- composition, to a device and a method for producing thereof. The device for producing of healthy yogurt with honey includes a drum (1), with a water jacket (3), with integrated heaters (4), with central processing unity, and on the upper side of the drum (1) are mounted aluminum lids (5), which enclose semi-hermetically the drum (1). In the drum (1) is positioned a rotating carousel (2), the axis (10) of which extends beyond the drum (1) and on the axis (10) are mounted upper and lower radial carriers (16) on each of them are perpendicularly placed eight blades (17) for mixing with a vortex of the mixture of honey, milk and starter. The method by which the healthy yogurt with honey is produced includes dosing of milk, honey and starter that enter in the drum (1) and by the rotating in it carousel (2) are stirred to homogenize the mixture, then filling cups by dosing, which are left to ferment 3 h and then they are placed in refrigerators and the yogurt is ready for consumption. The invention finds application in the dairy industry and for direct consumption. It is particularly suitable for establishment of a parallel specialized unit for production of yogurt with honey to the existing production lines for Bulgarian yogurt or yogurt produced in similar technologies. If the production is organized in enterprise that has no existing production line for yogurt, for the operations until the mixing of the mixture of raw milk and starter with the honey should be applied the technologies and the systems, which are described in details in BDS 12:2010. |
