An apparatus for controlling an air conditioning system of a vehicle is provided to easily select air conditioning modes arranged around a knob for selecting the air conditioning mode by rotating the knob 360 degree or more, and improving the handling and durability of the knob by minimizing bend or twist of the cable which transmits the controlling force by controlling the knob.
