An electrical appliance control system for achieving high-efficiency control and a signal conversion board thereof. The electrical appliance control system comprises a system controller and a motor. The system controller outputs a plurality of gear switch signals which are high-voltage AC signals. The motor is a DC brushless motor, called ECM motor for short. The signal conversion board is connected between the system controller and the ECM motor. The signal conversion board comprises a gear switch detection circuit, a microprocessing controller and an interface signal processing circuit. The gear switch detection circuit detects the plurality of gear switch signals output by the system controller, and sends same to the microprocessor controller for processing. The microprocessor controller is connected to the ECM through the interface signal processing circuit. The present invention uses an ECM motor to replace a traditional single-phase AC motor PSC without changing the control circuit of the original electrical appliance control system, saves development and use costs, shortens the development cycle, fully uses the advantages of DC brushless motors, increases the product performance, has programmable and custom interface types, flexible and convenient use, high adaptability and a wider application range. |
