<p>The present invention provides a method for pretreatment of a biological sample in the immunoassay of a protein contained in the biological sample. The method includes the steps of: (1) freezing the biological sample at a temperature higher than -80°C, in particular at -70°C or higher; (2) thawing the frozen biological sample; and (3) solubilizing the biological sample using a surfactant.</p> |
