The present invention relates to: a method of reducing or inhibiting the kinase activity of FLT3 which is normal or mutated in cells or objects using a compound of the present invention or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a use of the compound for preventing or treating cell proliferative disorders in related objects.
