The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to mixers, and can be used for preparation of dry, semi-dry, plastic or rigid mortar and concrete mixes.The batch-type mixer comprises a body (1) with semi-cylindrical bottom, mounted on supports (7), in the front walls of which is mounted a shaft (3) with mixing members, made in the form of radial arched rods (2), fixed on the shaft (3) in sections. At the ends of the shaft (3) are fixed radial scrapers (6). On the radial arched rods (2) of each section are fixed longitudinal rods (4) parallel to the axis of the shaft (3). On the ends of the radial arched rods (2) are mounted longitudinal scrapers (5). Two sections of radial arched rods (2) from both ends of the shaft (3) are consolidated with stiffening rings (10). The longitudinal scrapers (5) are arranged in such an order as to cover the entire length of the body (1). |
