The present invention relates to a complex generation system for coal gasification using a carbon dioxide removal process comprising an air separator, a gasifier, a gas cooler, a gas refiner, a carbon dioxide separator, a carbon dioxide processor, a waste heat boiler, and a steam turbine. In accordance with the present invention, the complex generation system for coal gasification improves efficiency for processes without load change of a steam turbine by substituting high pressure steam and helps efficient usage of carbon dioxide by supplying the carbon dioxide to the gasifier separated through the carbon dioxide removal process.
