The present invention relates to a pap composition which has excellent tastes through germinated sticky brown rice and nutritious materials and stimulates the palate through various colors, and a method for making the same. According to the present invention, gamma oryzanol contained in the germinated sticky brown rice serves to activate natural killer (NK) cells and thus has anticancer activity. The phytic acid contained in the embryo has very strong activity to discharge heavy metals accumulated in the body as well as anticancer activity. Also, beta-sisterol contained in the germinated sticky brown rice has anticancer activity, and niacin contained in the germinated sticky brown rice has anticancer activity. When brown rice is germinated, arabinoxylane as a very strong anticancer material is also secreted. Since the germination of brown rice leaves embryos, a user can ingest vitamin B1, B2, and B6, niacin, folic acid, calcium, iron, potassium, and other minerals. |
