The present invention is applied in the pharmaceutical field, mainly in the pharmaceutical combination and compositions which comprise a phytoalexin, a fat metabolizer and/or lipase inhibitor and/or appetite inhibitors and pharmaceutically acceptable vehicles or excipients; the present invention is also related to the process for manufacturing the composition that contain the combination and the use of said combination in the treatment of overweight, obesity, and related health problems.
