The system includes one or more low perceptive impact flexible antennas (11) for detection of transponders associated to each animal, arranged vertically in correspondence of a passage for animals to identify, side by side according to a transversal direction with respect to the passage for animals. The antennas (11) are constituted by a flexible wire (23, 23’) supporting two cylindrical antennas (25, 25’) wrapped on cores of ferrite (24, 24’).
