PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an engineering plastic with improved abrasion resistance is provided to improve abrasion resistance by adding a crosslinking agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an engineering plastic comprises: a first step(S10) providing an engineering plastic; a second step(S20) uniformly mixing the engineering plastic and a crosslinking agent; and a third step(S30) radiation-irradiating for radiation crosslinking reaction of the engineering plastic and the crosslinking agent; and a fourth step(S40) conducting a heat-treating process improving a weakness of degradation of physical properties of the plastic by restraining oxidation due to residual radicals which are generated after the radiation irradiation.
