<p>The invention relates to a gutter channel with automatic or operator-controlled defrosting system for preventing icicle formation in the buildings eaves, in particular in the publicly accessible areas. According to the invention, the gutter channel comprises several channel segments () which are assembled at their ends by a joint with overlapping and interleaving on a limited portion, where, in order to obtain a gutter channel of a desired length, in the outer border of the so-composed gutter channel, a flexible defrosting cable () is clipped in, the cable being provided at one end with an ice and snow detector () supported on the internal part of the gutter channel and connected to a control unit () located within the building.</p> |
