The present invention relates to a food packing apparatus having a mold structure capable of packing foods placed higher than the flange of a food packing container, and comprises: a container accommodating unit with the center being sunk to accommodate the food packing container and at least having corresponding borders on both sides to be formed linearly in parallel; a flange securing unit formed along the border of the container accommodating unit to secure a flange of the packing container; a film securing unit formed outside of the flange securing unit to secure films for packing; and a cutting blade accommodating unit formed between the flange securing unit that has been formed at corresponding borders on both sides to accommodate the cutting blade, wherein the top face of the flange securing unit is formed lower than the top face of the film securing unit. Therefore, foods loaded higher than the food packing container can be accurately packed. |
