Use of non-bituminous binder comprising oil and/or modified natural fat, in a material for producing construction layers and/or coatings, marking products and insulation or sealing products, is claimed. The modified natural fat has a viscosity, at 25[deg] C, of 0.5 Pa.s to 10 6> Pa.s, and is obtained by reacting amino alcohol and/or polyamine with fat or mixtures of natural fat.
