The invention relates to a plasma generator for cutting metals with a high precision and efficiency, with the absorption of a certain part of the plasmagen gas, using a vacuum pump. According to the invention, the plasma generator consists of a hafnium insertion () introduced by pressing into the body of a copper electrode (), around which there is swirl blown a plasmagen gas () which produces a negative pressure in the electron emission area of the insertion (), after swirling, in order to increase the negative pressure, a part of the blown gas is absorbed by a vacuum pump () and released into the atmosphere, the swirling of the plasmagen gas being performed by means of a distributer () inside a swirling nozzle (), between the swirling nozzle () and a throttle nozzle (), there being an interstice which allows the absorbed gas to pass, while a second distributor () generates a second vortex outside the nozzle, with a supplementary gas () which centers the plasma spring () on the geometrical axis () of the plasma generator. |
