The panel has a plastic molded upper part (10) under which a lower part (11) is fixed. The lower part includes stiffening function for a structure formed by the upper and lower parts. The lower part includes a metallic rigid pipe (12) whose form approximately follows left shape of the upper part. The pipe is fixed under the upper part in multiple spaced points, using fasteners (13). Each fastener comprises a ring shaped part (13a) surrounding the pipe, and a pad shaped part (13b) that is welded or stuck to the upper part of the panel. The fasteners are made of thermoplastic material.
