PURPOSE: Calcium phosphate manufactured by quick cooling, a manufacturing method thereof and a bone cement composition including the same are provided to safely produceα-type calcium phosphate by performing quick cooling with the use of dry ice as a refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of calcium phosphate comprises the steps of: mixing the raw material of calcium phosphate containing moisture; incinerating the mixed raw material at 1200-1400°C; and cooling the incineration by using dry ice.
