An electric heater capable of preventing damage of heating part is provided to prevent concentration of thermal stress by connecting each unit heating part to a non-heating connection part having a low caloric value. An electric heater(110) comprises a base(111), a first heating part(121), and a second heating part(151). The first heating part comprises a plurality of unit heating parts(125, 135) and a plurality of electrode parts(171). A plurality of unit heating parts is composed of an electric resistor, and is arranged on the base with radial shape. The first heating part comprises an outer side heating section(122) and an inner side heating section(132). The inner side heating section is arranged inside the outer side heating section. A unit heating part of the first heating part has the same width. The second heating part is formed in an inner side of the first heating part, and comprises a plurality of unit heating parts(155) and a connection part(156). The heating parts of bar type are arranged with radial shape. The connection part connects a plurality of unit heating parts. |
