The present invention relates to a spray type foam cleanser composition. The spray type foam cleanser composition according to the present invention includes a liquid cosmetic composition including a first component selected from a group consisting of mono C1-C4 alkylether of an ethylene glycol oligomer and mono C1-C4 alkylether of a propylene glycol oligomer and a second component selected from polyol. The cleanser composition shows improved cleaning efficiency without the use of a surfactant, and more particularly, is effective for cleaning cosmetics such as decorative cosmetics and makeup including silicon based compounds as a main element.
