摘要 The present invention relates to a device for fixating a photovoltaic module, more particularly, to a device for fixating a photovoltaic module which minimally decreases the installation area of a photovoltaic module which is successively installed in the longitudinal direction on a slope, and firmly supports the photovoltaic module by stably rotating the photovoltaic module from snow or wind by installing a rotary shaft which is fixated in the back side of the photovoltaic module to be close to the top surface of a support column. A device for fixating the photovoltaic module which collects sunlight by rotating from sunrise to sunset includes: a support column which is installed in an upper part of a slope which is inclined with a predetermined angle; a rotary member to which a connection pipe, a bearing and a rotary shaft are successively combined in an upper part of the support column; a fixation piece and a fixation frame are fixated to both ends of the rotary shaft; a fixation member which has a plurality of prop frames which are installed in the both sides of the fixation frame, upper part, and integrally rotate with the rotary shaft, and the photovoltaic module which is installed in an upper part of the prop frame; and connection brackets of which both side are connected to the both sides of the fixation piece and making one end of an angle adjustment unit is fixated to the top surface of the connection brackets. Therefore, the photovoltaic collection efficiency is increased by rotating the photovoltaic module according to the orbit or altitude of the sun by controlling the slope of the photovoltaic module to the maximum slope angle and the amount of power generation can be maximally increased by simply adjusting the angle of the photovoltaic module according to the altitude of the sun by month or season.
