The present invention relates to a cleaning apparatus of a tire vulcanizing mold vulcanizing a green tire after a molding process, and especially, relates to a cleaning apparatus of a tire vulcanizing mold capable of improving maintainability by removing the deformation of the apparatus and improving cleaning performance. The cleaning apparatus of a tire vulcanizing mold includes a turn table (2) rotating by a turn table (2); a pallet (3) which is installed on the top side of the turn table and rotating together; and a nozzle part (6) which has spray nozzles (5) spraying ceramic fluids and cleaning vulcanizing molds. In the turn table, tilting fixed plate (7) which is installed in the lower part of the turn table tilts left and right, and the pallet is inserted into mounting grooves (8) formed on the top side of the turn table so that left and right tilting is conducted. The nozzle part with a plurality of the spray nozzles cleaning the vulcanizing mold being mounted on the pallet is fixed to a driving fixed shaft (9). Cleaning brushes (10) rotating left and right are fixed and installed on the driving fixed shaft. |
