The device has a vertical lifting arm (1) fixed on a connection arm (5) at ends that are articulated on a support frame (2). The frame is supported by a pair of wheels (8) and a caster (9). A reducing gear (4) is provided with forks (3) and in shape of deformable rhombus. A lower base of the gear is fixed on an articulation of the frame. The forks are fixed on the gear, and pads (6) are articulated and connected to the forks. Non-skid elements (7) are fixed on the shoes to allow lifting of a moving object (10) without slip.
