The system (40) has an internal revolution casing (32) and an external revolution casing (34) that are provided coaxial with a main axis of a turboshaft engine. The internal and external revolution casings delimit an annular seam for circulation of air flow. A section (38) of a cable (36) is arranged in a hollow guidance arm (42). The arm extends approximately radially through the seam and crosses an opening (46) associated with the internal revolution casing and another opening associated with the external revolution casing. An independent claim is also included for a turboshaft engine.
