The implant (2) has a set of lengthened flexible strips (20, 30) that is distinct from each other and is inextensible in longitudinal direction. A set of median parts (20C, 30C) of the set of strips is mechanically related to each other, and is placed in a parallel manner adjacent to each other. A set of final sections (50A, 50C) of the set of strips extends from each other according to the longitudinal direction of a third flexible strip (50). The third strip is disjoined from a third median part (50B) of the set of strips on a particular level.
