Disclosed are a device for installing blades for a wind power generator and a method using the same for installing the blades for a wind power generator. A device for installing blades for a wind power generator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes tower/blade connecting assemblies including blade posture adjusting units which adjust postures of the blades around to a hub for installing the blades on the hub while the tower and at least one blade are each gripped; and a normal vector acquisition unit which aligns blade root units and blade connection units by acquiring images of the blade root units and the blade connection units and controlling the tower/blade connecting assembles by using normal vectors of the obtained images.
