<p>The aerogenerator has a hydraulic actuating cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder, a set of circular plates with slots, and blades with double walls. A set of floors is arranged along a vertical axis of the aerogenerator. A set of stages of the aerogenerator is allowed to slide with each other. A jack allows the set of stages to be folded up when speed of the wind increases. A computer program is provided for deployment of the hydraulic actuating cylinder or pneumatic cylinder, where the program is provided to an anemometer.</p>
