PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing aquatic ecosystem pollution is provided to detect stress in a marine ecosystem or to diagnose health conditions using a microarray chip in which bisphenol a-responsive Oryzias javanicus genes are accumulated, a diagnosis method using the same, and a kit containing the microarray. CONSTITUTION: A microarray for detecting the exposure of bisphenol A in a sample contains accumulated oligonucleotides of one or more genes or complementary molecules thereof. The genes are derived from Oryzias javanicus. A method for detecting the exposure of bisphenol A in a sample comprises the steps of: isolating RNA from Oryzias javanicus of a control group and an experimental group which is exposed to the sample; synthesizing cDNAs from the RNA of the control group and the experimental group; labeling the experimental group and the control group with different fluorescent materials; hybridizing the labeled cDNAs on a microarray chip; analyzing the microarray chip; and comparing the expression level on the microarray chip with a control group. |
